On the other hand, the five East African countries that are part of the East African Community have signed a trade agreement with the European Union in Kampala, which will enable the markets of the five countries of Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Burundi and Rwanda and the markets of the twenty-seven countries of the European Union to open together.
This is behind the World Trade Organization (WTO) which forced the countries of the world to free trade. But there are many complaints from international aid agencies and politicians in African countries that African governments are increasing the taxes they used to levy on goods imported from Europe.

This new agreement will be signed at the end of December.
