Honey is one of the sweetest things that God has given to his people to benefit from, and you may not be aware that it has many health benefits.

1. ENERGY INCREASES: 


If you want to increase your body's energy, try adding honey to some food plan every day, if you drink coffee, please reduce it because it kills the effectiveness of honey. Consuming honey naturally affects your energy intake. For example, if you spread honey on bread and add a little honey to your tea cup, even if you add it to water, it is an official breakfast. For people who do exercise, it has a lot of benefits to eat a little honey before exercise even when you have a hard game eat it beforehand. 


2. ITRICH THROAT CURE:

Did you know that honey can help you fight against food cravings, honey contains natural sugar that does not harm the liver, the truth is that honey can fight bad breath in the mouth. This does not mean that you have to stop brushing your teeth every day. 


If you have chronic bad breath, you can add a little honey and tea leaves to fight bad breath. There are also many benefits of honey and these are only a small part of them, so the intention is not to take too much of honey because it can be toxic if you use a large amount.
